Holy Moley! It's been a long time!

As the posts says, it's been a long time.  Mommy has been neglecting the blog and we've just been too busy getting bigger to pay any attention.  So here are some pictures for you to enjoy.  We'll have pictures of swim class, Mother's Day, and other fun times.  It's not fair that there are so many pictures of Julia, but that's to be expected since I'm in school most of the days, and Mommy is home with her.  But I'm in some of these pictures.  We'll update again soon.  These pictures go through mid June.  Enjoy!

Fun, 20 months, and Blue Angels!

Hi everyone!  We're doing it slightly different this time around, going in reverse chronological order, just to mix it up (it's really because Mommy is lazy and didn't want to change the order of the pictures).  So the first pictures you see would be the most recent ones, relatively.  Julia is 20 months old, by the way.

Mommy had spring break last week, which means, fun for us!  Here I am on top of a dinosaur at the Magic Mountain park by Curiodyssey.

One of the other places Mommy brought us to was the San Jose Children's Discovery Museum.  I've only been once before (when I was 1.5 years old) and I remembered there was an ambulance there when Mommy asked.  She was very surprised I had that memory.  Anyways, here I am sitting in a Vietnamese styled fishing boat.  Mommy says it looks like I needed to do something else.  She thinks I need to work on my smile.  Ah well, practice makes perfect!

It was my first time going there and near the end of our time there, we got to play here!  It was so much fun!

Mommy, this is the BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!  Can you tell I was having fun??

I had some fun too!

The week before, Mommy had to take the day off to watch me, since Grandma had to drive Grandpa somewhere.  Since it was a bit wet out, Mommy took me to the mall.  I liked it there.

Mommy knew that Daddy would be missing us so she took this picture of us and sent it to him.

Some times when we're at home, we get bored.  Why not sit in colanders, then?  I copied Julia here.

I think we're ready to go to Disneyland again.  Julia took my hat and put it on, so I took hers.  Let's go, Mommy!

Uncle Jon funny came to visit, so here's our picture together. We always have a great time with him.

Late last month, we went to see Uncle Mike and the Blue Angels again.  I didn't get a nap that day, so here I am on the way back to the hotel.  Mommy loves this picture because it shows how exhausted I was, even though I didn't want to nap.

I didn't nap either, but I sure was having a lot of fun looking at the planes!  Here I am with Auntie Nat.  Look at the plane!!

Mommy's turn to carry me.

Alyssa and I had fun watching the planes too.

Back to the beginning of our trip down, I was pretty tired.

In the middle of last month, we went to a new (to us) park in San Mateo.  It was fun to play with other people's sand toys.

We even met up with Alex and Aidan!  How neat is this picture!?!

We hope you enjoyed our last month in reverse order!  See you again soon!

18 month check up, 19 months, and Busy!

It's been a very busy couple of months.  Doing what? you might ask.  Nothing really.  But time sure does fly when you're having fun.  Both Elliot and I had our recent check ups.  At my 18 month check up, I was 24+ lbs (68%ile), 34.25" tall (98%ile), and had a head circumference of 19+" (96%ile).  I'm a growing girl!  Elliot's measurements were 41" tall, and 34 lbs.  He's a tall skinny monkey, as Mommy says.

Anyway, this post will be quick with some updated pictures of us.  I know you've missed us.  Here I am eating yogurt.  Soo good.  I can't believe I don't get more of this yummy goodness.

 I like wearing Grandma's hat.

Here I am reading on Elliot's couch...well, trying to read anyway.

I don't remember what we're looking at here, but Mommy posted this sleepy picture of me for some reason.

She posted it because of me!!  Don't I look cute with the buns in my hair?

A trip to Costco and cheese!!!

Some more yogurt for me.  Thanks, Mommy!

Come on, Julia!  Hurry up!  I want to play in the playground!

Ugh, I guess we have to pose for Mommy first.

Not only do I love hats, I love Mommy's rain boots!

Daddy has this big box full of air padding.  I really had a great time playing in it...

..and hiding.  Can you see me??
I guess I had to climb into my own box too.
Sorry for the short post.  There are no guarantees now when they'll occur.  We'll keep bugging Mommy about it.  In the meantime, Julia is talking up a storm.  She has about 160 words in total (both Chinese and English) that she's saying (yes, my parents are keeping track).  She likes to copy what I do and say.  I, on the other hand,  LOVE the Frozen soundtrack and am keeping Mommy SUPER happy when I ask to listen to that over and over again every day after she picks me up from school.  Until next time!!!

17 months, Joshua's birthday, and 4 years old!

Hi everyone!  We drove down to Los Angeles right after Christmas and spent time with family.  Here, we met up with Daddy's side.  I was such a ham with Great Uncle James, Great Uncle Kai, Great Auntie Cindy, and Great Auntie Nina.

We also saw Auntie Beatrice and Uncle Chris too at dinner.

The main reason we came down was to attend Joshua's birthday party.  It was during my nap time on the way there, so I fell asleep in the car.  I don't remember why my shoe is up by my head, but I guess I was keeping myself entertained on the way there and fell asleep that way.

There were some yummy treats there, so I'm enjoying myself.

I REALLY enjoyed the jumpy house.  Grandma was holding onto me from the outside, but that didn't matter at all.  I was having a blast.

 Look at me!!!

Here's an updated picture of the dragon babies. Happy birthday, Joshua!  Mommy laughed when she saw this picture later.  I didn't look comfortable at all.

And here's one of Mommy and me.

Here are some pictures that Great Uncle Richard took of us at a restaurant one night.

This one is of all the dragon babies across generations.

We had dinner on New Year's Eve with more family.  But here I am with Grandpa.

We celebrated lots of birthdays that night.  This cake was for Great Auntie Leona.  Both Alyssa and I got to blow out the candles.

This cake was for Daddy's birthday.  Happy birthday, Daddy!

We also celebrated my birthday early too. All this candle blowing was fun!  It was a great trip as always!
Once home, I was back to my antics again.

I have no fear.  By the way, I'm 17 months, on my way to being 18 months old in about a week.

Man, Julia got a lot of screen time.  Well, now it's my turn.  Here I am with socks way up to my knees!  My parents don't know why, but I have this thing about knees and I love socks that go up to my knees.  So silly.
As the title says, I'm 4 years old now!  Happy birthday to me!

Here's a family picture.  I don't know why my head is tilted back, but oh well.

I had a lot of fun with my school friend, Drew.  Thanks, everyone, for coming!

Back to me, look how I'm just stylin' and cruisin' along.

We hope you enjoyed the overload of pictures.  We also went to Disneyland during this trip, but we didn't take any pictures.  We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and a Happy New Year!
