22 Months Birthday, rest of October, and Thanksgiving!

As mentioned in the title of this blog, I am now 22 months old!  Can you believe it?

So although it's nearing the end of November, I still have some Halloween pictures and the end of October event pictures to show you.

We went to Uncle Marc, Auntie Terry, and Meagan's house the Sunday before Halloween. Ooh, a soccer ball.

I also figured out how to play the tambourine.

Mommy showed up at my daycare on Halloween to watch our parade.

Here I am when I finally saw her.  I was soo happy to see her.  I didn't want her to leave, so Mommy had to walk the parade with me.

After school was out, Mommy and Daddy brought me to Hillsdale mall to go trick-or-treating.  We bumped into Uncle Eddy and Lucas there!

I don't know what trick-or-treating is all about, but it was interesting watching all the people.

One night after I took a bath, Mommy was messing around with my hair.  It's really because I don't like getting my hair towel dried, so Mommy was tricky and made it a game.  But look at how much hair I have!

Look!  I can actually fit in the sweater Mommy knitted me a while back.  I think I'm pretty good looking, if I do say so myself.

Here I am cruising in the car that Great Auntie Leona and Great Uncle Paul bought me.

I had a play date with Alex one day.  He wanted me to get into his crib, so we just read together.  Too bad all you see are our heads.  Well, really, you just notice how big my head is compared to his.

At daycare, we had an early Thanksgiving feast.  Like my hat?

Happy early Thanksgiving!

Mommy wanted to take a video of me eating one of my favorite foods...noodles.

Look at my tent!  Apparently, my parents bought it for me a while ago, but just took it out recently.  It's soo much fun!

First off, how do you like my new 'do?  Second of all, look at what Grandma let me eat!  Yum!

She had to help me first, but I soon figured out how to do it on my own.

Check me out!

And this is what happened after my mean parents said "No more ice cream."  What can I say?  I like what I like.

So Daddy let me eat some of his, which didn't help when he finally took it away again.

I know there have been pictures of me doing this before, but videos really are much better.  Mommy saw me doing this around the island and had to catch me.

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, we went to the San Jose Children's Discovery Museum.  We've never been there before but I sure did have a lot of fun.

Who can resist THIS firefighter?

I was trying to play peek-a-boo with a stranger (while we were in an ambulance), but he never looked at me.

Then I found this water activity.  Mommy knew I'd love it, so she grabbed a water proof smock and suited me up.  Had she known about this, she would've brought me extra clothes because I still got pretty wet.

This was so cool...when I put the ball in the tube, it shot the ball up.

I know I mentioned already that I like to play with balls.  It seems to be a theme in this blog.

I also got to climb this Chinese dragon.

Daddy and I were reading together.

Peek-a-boo!

I didn't want to leave, and I threw a pretty good tantrum, but my parents knew I was tired and hungry.  So on the way home, after drinking some milk, I fell asleep.  Mommy kept laughing because I could barely keep my eyes open.  I guess my parents know me well.

On Thanksgiving day, we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house.  I got to play a lot with Great Auntie Leona and Great Uncle Paul.  They are so fun!

I played so much, I threw up a little.  It probably had a little to do with the fact that I was riding a horse.

It's all ok though.  I was happy and it's all fun!  I'm thankful for my Mommy and Daddy, grandparents, aunties and uncles, and all my extended family.  Happy Turkey Day everyone!

21 Months Birthday!

Happy 21 months birthday to me!  Time is flying by and lots of things are happening.  Get ready for a lot of pictures!!

One weekend we went to have lunch with my grandparents and this was what was in the parking lot.  We HAD to get a picture of this.  It's hard for you to see me, but I was clapping my hands and making truck noises.

We went to Zach's third birthday party at the beginning of the month.  There were lots of cool things at the park.  Daddy took lots of pictures of me.  Here I am sitting on a pretend train.

I had fun playing in that.

Here I am going down a longer slide.  I'm getting really good at this.

Here I am with Daddy, Uncle Lou, Auntie Rebekah, Braeden and Evan waiting for my first ever steam engine train ride!

I really didn't know what to expect, but I sure did like it.

See how excited I am? It was a fun day.

Oops!  They caught me trying on Daddy's shoes here.

Another weekend we went to see Auntie Tara and Auntie Chelsea's new house.  Here I am with Auntie Tara.

I like playing with their toys.

They have a play structure outside too. Peek-a-boo!

Mommy's giving me some love here.

And I'm returning the favor.

The next weekend was Mommy's birthday.  Happy Birthday, Mommy!  I'm not sure I'm understanding this cake and candle business.
Grandma and Grandpa were there too!

I'm getting really good at sharing my toys with Megan.

Did I mention I like cars?  This may not be a car, but I pretended that it was and tried to roll it on the armrest.

Mommy wanted a picture of us together on her birthday.  Isn't this a nice picture?

But first, we had many of these kinds of pictures.

The next day, we went to the best thing ever...The PUMPKIN PATCH!!!  I've never been to one before, but I had a great time!

Like my costume?  Mommy and Daddy thought it was fitting since I was born in the year of the Ox.  Cow, Ox, close enough.

Here I am with Mommy, then with Auntie Nathalie, and then my parents.

Ooh, I like playing with bubbles!

I really enjoyed this coin operated train ride!

Of course, we did go on a train ride too.

And you know how much I love wheels.

I even got to pet some goats.

The best thing though, was the PONY RIDE!!!  I didn't know I could ride on animals!  I was so excited.  Mommy and Daddy thought the whole trip was worth it just seeing my reaction.

Did I mention I WAS SOO EXCITED???

I got to ride on the pony twice too!  It was really really cool.  They also had a jumpy house!  I had fun in that.

After that, we went across the street to another pumpkin patch and took some more pictures.

Wow!  What a big pumpkin!

I started patting Daddy's head when we walked back to our car.

Finally, we went to Repetto's to buy some pumpkins.  Can you see me?

There were a lot of pumpkins.

I wanted to help my parents out.
I got a little tired from the hard work so I tried to sit down.

Toward the end of the trip, Daddy decided to wheel me back to the car.

Whew!  What a weekend and what a month!
I hope you enjoyed the pictures!  I'm going to experience my second Halloween pretty soon!  I hope it'll be fun!
